REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please read and understand the ABI registration process and required documents needed to process your request. ABI deed-mandated annual lot assessment fees and regulation-required annual access user fees must be current before Non-Owner Residents over the age of 21 can register and before beach passes and amenity (vehicle, ramp access passes, watercraft storage passes) orders can be processed.

NOTE: NO REFUNDS/CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED. OVER-PAYMENTS WILL BE APPLIED AS A DONATION. IT IS THE APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.

ABI REGISTRATION IS EASY

3 Easy Steps:

*Property/Lot Owner Pays Deed-Mandated Annual Lot Assessment Fees and the Regulation-Required Annual User Access Fee - Invoiced via Email or USPS annually as announced.

1)  Property Owners Pay Deed-Mandated Annual Lot Assessment and Regulation-Required Annual User Access Fee via annual invoice.

2)  Property Owners and Non-Owners (over 21 years of age) complete the Beach & Amenity Order Form for beach passes and amenity (vehicle, ramp access, dinghy dock storage, and watercraft rack storage) passes.

3)  ABI Registrar Invoices for Beach & Amenity Orders and passes are issued based upon proper documentation for verification of residency.

• Acknowledgment of and agreement to adhere to all BEACH RULES and understanding of overall responsibility for the conduct of Dependents and Authorized Guests is required by all Lot Owners, and Non-Owner Arden residents.

To ABI's General Fund to help support property maintenance and operational efforts as well as Capital Improvement Program projects required to ensure the integrity and safe use of Arden's private beach properties.
