ABI is the official organization within Arden on the Severn that manages and oversees the operations and maintenance of all community private beach properties. ABI is governed by its By-Laws and is accountable to its shareholders. All Sunrise Beach plotted properties are mandated to pay annual dues so that ABI can effectively manage its properties and make them available and accessible to all ABI members and authorized residents.

MAKE A DONATION TO ARDEN BEACHES INC to support much-needed maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects for Arden's private beaches, ramps, and park areas. The current annual mandatory lot fees are simply not sufficient to adequately maintain the integrity of our beach properties and to fund the necessary security operations to keep our beaches private for the exclusive use of qualifying lot owners, their dependents and authorized guests, as well as qualifying renters/boarders, and their dependents and authorized guests. ABI is working on developing a comprehensive Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to address infrastructure maintenance needs on all private beach properties to insure the integrity of our valuable resources. This process will allow outreach opportunities to educate all shareholders of these essential maintenance needs now and into the future, as well as the monetary component required to meet these needs in the form of annual mandatory lot fees inflation. AAco public waterway access project/park at valentine creek
AACo has reached out to our community leaders about participating in a Stakeholders Group pertaining to the design/planning of a public waterway access project/park at Valentine Creek Park (1102 Valentine Creek Drive off Old Herald Harbor Road. Both ABI and ACA will be involved in providing input/comments as permitted. Stay tuned for more information as this develops.
