DO I OWE LOT FEES?
Annual invoices are emailed to all property owners for deed-mandated annual lot assessments and the regulation required annual access user fees. For those owners without an email address on file, your invoice will be mailed via USPS. All lot fees and inflation user fees must be paid prior to the purchase of amenity (vehicle parking passes, ramp access passes, dinghy dock storage passes, and watercraft storage rack) passes.
NOTE: NO REFUNDS/CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED. OVERPAYMENTS WILL BE APPLIED AS A DONATION
To ABI's General Fund to help support property maintenance and operational efforts in additional to ABI's Capital Improvement Program projects required to ensure the integrity of Arden's private beach properties and safe use by all.
Join our sister agency
Be sure to become a member of the Arden Community Association (ACA). This organization operates through separate funding with its own Executive Board and Section Reps to serve you. The ACA is Arden's official civic organization representing each of you and advocating for Arden as liaison between County, State, and Federal jurisdictions. They also handle all neighborhood-wide matters and host community events through its various committees and clubs (Kids, Teens, and Seniors Clubs).
