Shares can be purchased by any Sunrise Beach lot owner at $50 per share. If you own shares and you are selling your Sunrise Beach lot/property and wish to transfer your shares to another Sunrise Beach lot owner, the transfer request must be received prior to your settlement date for the sale of your property. In order to transfer shares, you must be a member in good standing.
