ABI Annual Deed-Mandated Lot Assessments and the Annual Regulatory Access User Fee must be paid for the current year and the Beach & Amenity Pass Order Form completed in order to obtain written authorization for access/entry to any ABI property.
All said fees must be current by the property owner before Non-Owner Adults over the age of 21 (including Renters and Boarders) can register and before any optional amenity passes (vehicle passes, ramp access passes, watercraft rack storage passes) can be ordered.
Current Watercraft Storage Pass holders must complete the Beach & Amenity Pass Order Form along with this Watercraft Storage Pass Order Form in order to be properly invoiced and pay by Dec 31st in order to renew your current storage space.

WATERCRAFT STORAGE SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AND WILL BE PROCESSED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. EMAIL ABI FOR AVAILABILITY.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT RACK USAGE**
ALL vessels require a current watercraft storage pass/sticker which must be visible for monthly inspection. Vessels without current pass/sticker displayed are subject to removal/forfeiture of storage slot.
Vessels CANNOT be added to a current reserved slot without completion of this request form and the issuance of a current watercraft storage pass/sticker through invoicing.
ALL vessels must be placed on the rack by Memorial Day weekend for continued use. Slots left empty during the season are subject to forfeiture to make available space for waiting list recipients.
Vessels may be removed for off-season storage (between Labor Day & Memorial Day) without forfeiture.

Beach Passes and Amenity Orders WILL NOT BE FILLED until deed-mandated annual lot assessments and regulatory access user fees are paid. DO NOT ORDER AMENITIES BEFORE THESE FEES ARE PAID. Orders processed will be invoiced and passes subsequently issued using required documentation. If you do not upload the required documentation, passes will not be issued.
IMPORTANT NOTE - PAYMENTS RECEIVED FOR INCOMPLETE ORDERS AND OVER-PAYMENTS WILL BE APPLIED AS A DONATION. NO REFUNDS.
