Only current ABI Members in Good Standing may request guest ramp access. This request would be used for guests coming to stay with you for a weekend, or in the case you decide to rent a vessel. ABI Members must have either purchased a ramp access pass for their vessel, or pay the $75 ramp access fee for use.
Please read below prior to submitting your request form:
All requests for guest ramp pass access to ABI property must be requested through the ABI Registrar by the Member In Good Standing, aka Sponsor.
No guest ramp passes will be issued on holidays to preserve use by residents as priority.
Only one guest pass per Sponsor per year will be issued.
Sponsor must be present with the Authorized Guest during launch and may not share the ramp code with the Authorized Guest for any reason at any time.
Authorized guest must launch a standard vessel using a standard vehicle and standard trailer. NO over-sized loaded trailers and vessels are permitted. NO parking on ABI Property.
Guest ramp pass usage will be approved only for a specific date.
Guest ramp pass issued must be displayed in the Guest’s vehicle. Guests MAY NOT park on ABI property.
Guest must be accompanied by the Sponsor at all times during the approved date.
Requests will be submitted to the ABI Registrar for review and to validate qualification.
The Sponsor shall provide the Registrar with guest name, contact information, vehicle license plate number, trailer license plate number, and date of use.
If the Sponsor does not have a ramp permit, a $75 ramp usage fee will be assessed and invoiced prior to issuance of the Guest Ramp Access.
Sponsor will be required to read the rules for Guest use and provide the registrar with a signed acknowledgement form prior to pass issuance.
Once the ramp usage fee is paid and the acknowledgment form is received as well as required documentation, a Guest Ramp Access will be issued for the specific use being requested.
The Guest display guest ramp pass in the driver’s side dashboard of the guest vehicle.
The Guest may launch a standard vessel using a standard vehicle and standard trailer. NO over-sized loaded trailers and vessels are permitted.
The Guest shall NOT park on ABI Property.
The Guest must adhere to use on the approved date only.
The Guest must be accompanied by the Sponsor at all times during the approved date.
Note: The Authorized User shall ensure all rules are being followed. If any rules are violated the Authorized Guest will be banned from future access and a written warning may be issued to the Authorized User at the discretion of the ABI Board.

GUEST RAMP PASS RULES
DEFINITIONS:
ABI BOARD – Arden Beaches, Incorporated’s Board of Governors
AUTHORIZED GUEST – Guest sponsored by a Property Owner or Resident and approved by ABI.
AUTHORIZED USER – A User (as defined below) must be current in all ABI fees, holding a current ramp permit, and responsible for the actions of the contractor.
PROPERTY OWNER – Any owner of a residential lot shown upon the subdivision plat of Sunrise Beach.
STANDARD TRAILER – An on-the-road trailer hauling less than oversized loads.
STANDARD VEHICLE – Car, Pick-Up Truck, or SUV
STANDARD VESSEL – A vessel less than 8’6” beam and under 25’ in length.
USER – A Property Owner (as defined above) or Sunrise Beach lot and plot resident requesting an ABI Contractor Ramp Pass.
RULES:
A Guest Ramp Pass must be requested by the User through the ABI registrar.
Guest ramp usage will only be approved for a specific date.
No access will be granted for Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend (including July 4th), or Labor Day Weekend.
The Authorized User must accompany the Authorized Guest when on ABI property.
The Authorized User is responsible for the Authorized Guest and any damage to ABI property.
The Authorized User may not share the ramp code with the Authorized Guest for any reason at any time.
