Thanks to all the shareholders who came out to participate in the ABI annual presentation and voting event.
As important as our private community beach and park properties are to Arden, it is disappointing to continue to see the lack of participation in monthly ABI Board meetings and during the annual shareholder presentation and voting event.
WE MUST, AND CAN DO BETTER!
If you are interested in serving on the ABI Board, please complete the [BOARD INTEREST FORM]. Nominees will continue to be solicited. Any vacant seats on the board will be filled in accordance with ABI Bylaws, Article VI - Directors and Elections: "Nominees for such vacancies may be obtained by any Board member and presented at any meeting of the Board of Governors for election. Such an appointment by the Board of Governors shall be made to fill a vacancy for the duration of the term of the office vacated."
