Arden Beaches, Inc.

ABI is the official organization within Arden on the Severn that manages and oversees the operations and maintenance of all community private beach properties. ABI is governed by its By-Laws and is accountable to its shareholders. All Sunrise Beach plotted properties are mandated to pay annual dues so that ABI can effectively manage its properties and make them available and accessible to all ABI members and authorized residents.

IMPORTANT 2023 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR 2023

Our 2023 registration process will be different this year. We will be holding in-person information sessions at Town Hall in conjunction with the ACA so that we can educate you on the new registration process for ABI as well as the benefits to becoming and staying an active member of the ACA.

2023 abi REGISTRATION OPENS FEB 1ST, 2023

If you still need to pay your 2022 annual assessment or order 2022 amenity passes, EMAIL the Registrar for assistance.

Our 2023 ABI registration process is upon us but will be delayed until after our annual Shareholder meeting scheduled for January 9th 2023. Annual lot fee assessment billing will begin Feb 1st 2023. Due to this delay, your 2022 credentials will be valid until January 31st 2023.

Please note the following to enhance the experience for you and your family.

1) Attend one of our in-person information sessions to learn about the 2023 process.

Sessions are scheduled as follows:

January Dates: Wed 1/11 (6pm-7pm); Fri 12/13 (1pm-2pm); Sun 1/22 (1-2pm)

2) Use ABI's current website "www.ardenbeachesinc.com" for all your ABI business. The WildApricot platform is now disabled. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS FOR 2023 LOT FEES OR AMENITIES AT THIS TIME.

Communication is important to all of us in Arden. While the registrar may post information and instruction through social media, correspondence IS NOT tracked through that platform. Please use the ABI email contacts found on the website to communicate with ABI representatives and staff. Registrar hours of operation will be posted on the website and announced on social media before the 2023 registration process begins. For ABI emergencies, please contact your beach representative listed on the webpage. ABI would like to thank you in advance for helping us to keep our lines of communication open and productive. Annual Shareholder meeting preparation

The ABI Board is working on the 2023 annual budget and important financial and By-Law topics for shareholder vote through the upcoming annual shareholders meeting scheduled for Jan 9th @ 7pm (Town Hall & Zoom). There will be important organization decisions to be made and your input is encouraged and needed for ABI to be successful. BUY SHARES and BE HEARD.

Ballot Drop-Off is scheduled for Jan 14th from 10am - 2pm (Town Hall); Mail-in ballots will be available to all shareholders after the Jan 9th meeting and must be received by 2pm Jan 14th (Town Hall Locked Drop-Box @ 1020 Omar Drive). The Drop-Box will not be opened until that time in order to collect and tally the ballots.

Arden on the Severn's beaches are PRIVATE PROPERTY for use by qualifying members and authorized guests ONLY! All property is posted "PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING, TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED". Here in Arden, we value our private beach properties and WILL NOT TOLERATE trespassing, underaged drinking, and unauthorized social gatherings on our private properties. Security, neighborhood watch, and hired police patrol are on duty all year and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

MAKE A DONATION TO ARDEN BEACHES INC to support much-needed maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects for Arden's private beaches, ramps, and park areas. The current annual mandatory lot fees are simply not sufficient to adequately maintain the integrity of our beach properties and to fund the necessary security operations to keep our beaches private for the exclusive use of qualifying lot owners, their dependents and authorized guests, as well as qualifying renters/boarders, and their dependents and authorized guests.
