Arden Beaches, Inc.
ABI is the official organization within Arden on the Severn that manages and oversees the operations and maintenance of all community private beach properties. ABI is governed by its By-Laws and is accountable to its shareholders. All Sunrise Beach plotted properties are mandated to pay annual dues so that ABI can effectively manage its properties and make them available and accessible to all ABI members and authorized residents.

NOTICE FROM ABI REGISTRAR - 2023 REGISTRATION PROCESSING
Assessment Invoices will be emailed to the property owner address on file with ABI beginning Feb 1st.
ALL LOT ASSESSMENTS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ORDERING AMENITIES
Orders for amenities (beach passes, vehicle passes, ramp passes, and dinghy dock and watercraft storage passes) will open for processing beginning Mar 3rd [HERE] through the website.
YOU WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY FOR AMENITY ORDERS
NOTE: All non-owner residents over the age of 21 must request credentials individually through the [Beach Pass Registration Form]. This form will also be available Mar 3rd.
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR RESIDENTS TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED VERIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH AMENITY ORDER REQUESTS IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THIS INFORMATION IS NOT STORED BY ABI. ORDERS WITH MISSING DOCUMENTATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Our 2023 registration process will be different this year. We will be holding in-person information sessions at Town Hall in conjunction with the ACA so that we can educate you on the new registration process for ABI as well as the benefits to becoming and staying an active member of the ACA.

Arden on the Severn's beaches are PRIVATE PROPERTY for use by qualifying members and authorized guests ONLY! All property is posted "PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING, TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED". Here in Arden, we value our private beach properties and WILL NOT TOLERATE trespassing, underaged drinking, and unauthorized social gatherings on our private properties. Security, neighborhood watch, and hired police patrol are on duty all year and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

MAKE A DONATION TO ARDEN BEACHES INC to support much-needed maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects for Arden's private beaches, ramps, and park areas. The current annual mandatory lot fees are simply not sufficient to adequately maintain the integrity of our beach properties and to fund the necessary security operations to keep our beaches private for the exclusive use of qualifying lot owners, their dependents and authorized guests, as well as qualifying renters/boarders, and their dependents and authorized guests. CIP SITE TOURS
ABI is working on developing a comprehensive Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to address infrastructure maintenance needs on all private beach properties to insure the integrity of our valuable resources. This process will allow outreach opportunities to educate all shareholders of these essential maintenance needs now and into the future, as well as the monetary component required to meet these needs in the form of annual mandatory lot fees inflation.
