OPTIONAL ANNUAL NON-OWNER

$25 per Non-Owner (over the age of 21), per year for those non-owners requesting beach and amenity passes.

OPTIONAL ANNUAL AMENITY PASSES – ONLY Qualifying Owners and Non-Owners may apply for passes and amenities with supporting documentation, and ONLY after all ABI annual lot fees and inflation user fees are paid by the Owner.
